Have a lot of bananas about to go bad and you don’t feel up to working them now?

Simply peel and lay on cookie sheet lined with parchment or wax paper and flash freeze over night

some of them I leave whole, some I slice down the middle.

Next day take out and put into ziplock bag, I use some wax paper to separate the layers..

Now I have bananas to throw in banana bread or cake, to make banana smoothies with, or to dip in chocolate.. whatever really.

Best of all they were not wasted!
