EGGLESS CHOCOLATE PUDDING

6 Tbsp cocoa

1/2 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/2 cups boiling water

2 cups evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla

 

Mix cocoa, flour, sugar,  and salt. Add boiling water. Stir until smooth, cook slowly until it begins to thicken, then add milk. Bring slowly to a boil and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and chill. Yields 6-8 servings.
