EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup veg oil
2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups cold water
sift top 5 ingredients, cocoa, soda, salt, sugar, flour, into 9×13 pan
Make 3 wells
1 for oil, 1 for vinegar, 1 for vanilla
Pour cold water over top and stir with fork.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
