EASY PEPPERONI ROLLS
INGREDIENTS:
Frozen Bread Dough (get the ones that come in “log” shapes)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Pepperoni
Pizza Sauce ( I use Ragu)
Butter

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place “logs” on baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap. Allow to thaw at room temp. for a few hours. TIP: Spray the plastic wrap with cooking spray so the dough can rise under the plastic wrap without sticking.
2. Roll out dough to an 11 x 11 square.
3. Brush dough with cooking oil.
4. Spread thin layer of pizza sauce covering dough.
5. Lay pepperoni on dough covering entire surface.
6. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
8. Roll up.
9. Place rolls on baking sheet leaving space between.
10. Brush melted butter on top of each roll.
11. Bake at 350 for 15-25 mins. or until golden brown

LET COOL SOME BEFORE TRYING TO EAT OR YOU WILL BURN YOUR MOUTH LIKE I DID. LOL
