COCONUT CHOCOLATE CAKE
3 eggs
3 tsp cocoa
1 1/4 c sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 stick butter
bake 35o for 20 minutes then take 2 1/2 cups coconut + 1 can cream. Mix together and spread over cake.
put in oven and continue to bake for 15 more minutes.
then mix 1/3 cup boiled milk
1/4 cup oil, 6 oz of chocolate chips
mix together and pour over 2 1/2 of confectionary sugar
1 tsp vanilla
mix together and put on icing.
