CHOCOLATEY CHOCOLATE CRISPY CRUNCH CAKE
Simple..
1) make your favorite chocolate cake be it homemade or box
2) make a chocolate fudge icing
icing:
1/2 cup melted butter2/3 c cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 c half half milk or reg milk
1 tsp vanilla
cream together till thick and smooth.
3) take one or two mini crispy crunch bars and grate over top of cake.
4) take a couple more mini crispy crunch bars and dice in healthy chunks scattering across the top of cake..
I served it with homemade pecan custard
