CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEWY CARAMEL COOKIES

 

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 c margarine, softened
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Pecan bits are optional
1 cup Chocolate Chips
10 Rolo Candies (Cold)
1/3 cup Caramel Bits
Heat oven to 350- 375ºF.
Mix sugars with  Margarine,  add in egg and vanilla.  Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be  a little dry and stiff).
Using food processor or chopper, pulse your rolo candies and caramels till chopped up.. add in and add in nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet (I use bakers joy)
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft).
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
Cool on wire rack.
place on plate and enjoy with milk
So good.
