    Chia seed pudding prep:
    1/2 cup chia seeds, 2 cups almond milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. It’s covered in the fridge overnight, lets see how it comes out tomorrow, going to have it with fresh berries
    It was DELICIOUS, it was like tapioca meets farina. Really nice flavor.  I took a little bite after an hour of soaking them. SO GOOD!!! I just recently heard about them , the pudding I made has a tapioca texture and is very delicious. (And healthy), for a variation you can also make it with coconut milk instead of almond which I’m sure is delicious
I put a bunch of them on my Cajun tilapia today
It’s important to increase your water intake with them though because they are high in fiber
