Chess Cake

Ingredients:

1 – Yellow cake mix
1 – Stick of margarine
1 – tsp vanilla
1 – 8oz Cream Cheese
1 – 1lb Box powdered sugar
3 – Eggs
Nuts (Optional)

Do not grease the pan.
Mix and pat in a 9 X 13 pan: 1 Yellow cake mix. 1 Stick of margarine, melted 1 Egg
Spread 1 Cup chopped nuts on crust. (Optional)

Mix together in bowl: 2 Eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 (8 oz.) Cream cheese, 1 Box powdered sugar

Pour over crust

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees
