The post on the Peanut Butter and Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Cup made me think of a cake I use to make, but it’s not diet.

You make a two layer chocolate cake, then you ice it with peanut butter icing.

One 8 oz. cream cheese,

1 cup powdered sugar,

1 small container cool whip,

and 2 heaping spoons of peanut butter.

whipped till smooth and spreadable.

More peanut butter if you want. I called Reeses inside out cake.
