Carrot banana vegan muffins. I used the pulp from the carrots that I juiced. They taste really awesome
    • ‎4 cups carrot pulp
      2.1/2cups whole wheat flour
      1/2 cup agave nectar
      1tsp cinnimon
      1 tsp all spice
      2/3 olive oil
      2 smashed bananas
      1/² baking soda
      1/2 sea salt
      shake cinnamon over top of muffins
      Mix it real good in a bowl and either make it as bread or put it in a muffin pan.
      cook them for like 40 to 45 minutes depending on your oven
      Tastes real good with earth balance butter mmmmmenjoy
