Fresh Fish Over A Camp Fire.

Clean , gut the fish. Cutting off the head is a plus, but not necessary

Then put said fish on some tin foil, add about a table spoon of butter some garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Then wrap it up and cook it over the fire until done. How far above the fire the fish is depends on cooking time. About ten to fifteen minutes usually.

Warm up some flour tortillas, butter them and slice some cheddar. Add the cooked fish to the cheese and eat burrito style, or just add the fish to the plate and use the tortilla to scoop the fish up.
