CAJUN SHRIMP & CHICKEN 

Mince up some garlic cloves and set aside

Grab some olive oil and some butter

salt and pepper

Cajun Spice (I like Toney’s)

Skinless Boneless Chicken breast chunks

Basil

Parsley Flakes

Pinch Red Pepper

 

with a little olive oil, Cook the chicken first as it takes a little longer to cook and you dont want your shrimp to get rubbery by cooking too long.  add in tab of butter , garlic and cleaned, deveined , shell and tail off medium to large shrimp. cook slow over medium low heat with seasonings and when the translucent color of shrimp goes away the shrimp is done. It dont take long.

 

Dont over cook or undercook.

 

Enjoy tossed in some Cajun Pasta…
