BUTTERY GARLIC SHRIMP SCAMPI

Minced Garlic  about 5-6 cloves

olive oil

butter

lemon juice

Chicken Broth

Parmesan Cheese

Tiny Pinch Red Pepper Flakes

3 Tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing

Parsley

Basil

Black Pepper

Thin Spaghetti Noodles boiled in salt water

I use some frozen cooked shrimp that has already been deveined. If tail is on take them off and rinse in cold water.

in Pan add a splash of olive oil and a tab of butter, add in the minced garlic and add in shrimp.

add spices

add in splash of lemon juice (no more than a couple tbsps)

add in some chicken broth.. start out just a cup and a half .. may add more later after noodles are incorporated.  Can use white wine in placed of chicken broth if desire.

add in Tbsps of Zesty Italian Dressing. Ladle in a spoonful of pasta water

you will then add in a good amount of parmesan cheese.

take your cooked noodles  and add to the middle of the pot, shake on a little more Parmesan Cheese, Parsley Flakes and Basil. Add a little bit of butter on the hot noodles and then toss in with the shrimp.

Once everything is incorporated you can then add in some more of the chicken broth if the noodles soak up too much of your sauce.
