BOILED POTATOES
Some recipes are so simple you almost feel silly posting them but I am sure someone out there appreciates them.
This is boiled potatoes
A very easy method for a good side dish.
You just peel some potatoes and cut into meaty chunks, so they won’t boil away to nothing.
Boil in water with a chicken bullion or two or you can even boil in chicken broth. Just water is fine but you get more flavor in the potatoes the other way.
Make sure your potatoes do not over boil or under boil .. drain .. salt and pepper liberally and cut up a whole stick of butter and drop the butter tabs over the potatoes .. let it melt. Give it an easy toss with your spoon and serve up. Great with fried chicken
