BANANA HONEY CAKE
1 cup honey
1 cup oats (uncooked)
tsp baking soda
3/4 c butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup bananas mashed
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
bring honey to a boil in a sauce pan. Add one half of soda and pour over oats and stir
cover for 10 minutes beat
add sugar gradually beating as you add eggs. Add Oat mixture and bananas.
Sift rest of soda, bakings powder, salt and flour together and blend well.
Bake in 2 8inch greased pans at 350 degrees 35 minutes or till done.
