These are FANTASTIC to take to parties, showers, ect.. they are easy to make, a BIG HIT at every party, and EASY to carry.. I pop mine into a plastic bowl with lid when taking to others houses… then transfer easily to a party plate once you arrive.. no mess.. no worry, Perfect for EVERY PARTY
Tarenna’s Cheese ball
2 8 oz cream cheese softened (room temp)
1 large 16oz sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp green peppers
2 tbsp onions
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Chopped Pecans to roll in
Take the cheddar cheese and shred.. (I find it easier to cut into rectangular cubes and use my grinder attachment on my Kitchen Aide Mixer, it is less work and is done in NO TIME..
THen add all ingredients… mix with mixer WELL.. then roll in chopped pecans..
Serve with Town House Crackers
