SPOON BREAD
3 eggs
2 cups sweet milk ( she means regular 2% milk you wouldn’t believe how many people get that mixed up)
1/2 cup sifted corn meal
1 tsp salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon melted butter or oleo
2 tsp baking powder
Mix the above together. put into greased casserole dish cook at 425 for 35-40 minutes (I say watch cause ovens now may vary from back then may have to adjust your time and temps)
