Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 small box vanilla pudding and pie filling
Preheat to 350 degrees
Prepare: Mix softened butter and sugars. Beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and mix well. Mix in flour, vanilla pudding mix, soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, blend well. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
