POTATO CASSEROLE

Potato Casserole:
I only use 1/2 stick of oleo because I thought it was too greasy. If you can’t read it, let me know.
2 lb hash browns frozen
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine melted ( I use 1/2 stick)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients turn into greased casserole
you can top with buttered corn flakes, bread crumbs, or any topping you prefer
bake 350 1 hour.
