SERENA’S VENISON AND NOODLES
Serena’s Venison and Noodles
1 qt canned venison
1 box rotini noodles
3 cans mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
pepper
3/4 to 1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
start with your noodles
boil noodles in water with salt and a tbsp oil till aldente
drain add tab of butter to noodles stir and then shake in parmesan cheese over hot noodles.
take three cans mushroom soup put in pot
add 1/4 cup water
add both the broth from venison and venison meat
add shredded mozarella cheese last stir
pour over top of hot seasoned noodles
Enjoy with mashed potatoes and peas or fried potatoes, whatever you desire really..
