Spaghetti Sauce 

2 1/2 gallon tomato juice ( 7 cans – 46 ozs ea. )

3 lb. onion – chopped ( 6 cups )

4 cups green peppers chopped

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 pint vegetable oil

2 cups sugar

1 TBS oreagano

2 TBS salt

1 TBS basil

1 TBS Italian seasoning

5 – 12 oz. can tomato paste 

Mix and cook all together for 45 minutes. Fill jars and seal. Turn upside down for 5 minutes then turn over. Yields 15 quarts or 30 pints.
