Mom’s Snowball cake*****
1-jar mar chino cherries
1 pack of black walnuts (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp of real lemon not extract
4 pkg of dream whip
2 cans of pineapple shredded (drain)
1 bag of coconut
2 pkg Knox gelatin (clear)
1 large angle food cake
1-cup sugar
Mix 4 tbsp of cold water with gelatin add 1 cup of boiling water then add pineapple sugar and lemon juice mix and chill up to one hr
In separate bowl whip 2 packs of dream whip. Add to the gelatin and mix. Pinch angel cake into small pieces put in a cake pan a layer of cake then a layer of gelatin mixture press with spoon and repeat till all gone cool over night in fridge whip 2 packs of dream whip and spread over cake sprinkle bag of walnuts sprinkle coconut then add other 1/2 bag of walnuts cherries go on top MMMMM
