6 egg whites

2 tsp. vanilla

2 cups walnuts(choped not crushed)

2 cups sugar

1 large coolwhip

1 small coolwhip

2 tsp. baking powder

40 crushed ritz crackers 

beat egg whites until stiff, gradually add your sugar, add baking powder and vanilla, stir in ritz crackers and chopped walnuts

bake in glass baking dish at 325* for 30 minutes 

spread small coolwhip on top while hot.cool completely , add large coolwhip, top with nuts
