Tuna Dip…
made lots of times and always a hit:
2 – 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened,
1 can tuna (spring water-drained),
2 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbl finely chopped onion.
Mix well & eat with crackers or veggies – great with cucumber slices or red pepper wedges!
  • Serena Adkins Ellison I wonder if I could do this with my canned trout… gonna try it.. I can trout every spring, and we always make fried trout patties, you know just like you make Salmon patties with it.. but it would be nice to use it in a different way sometimes.. thanks for your post
