TRY KIELBASA FOR YOUR NEXT PIZZA TOPPING.. you won’t regret it

 

just grab a cast iron skillet and slice up some Polska Kielbasa Sausage

can add a can of drained mushrooms as well

I just happened to have some on hand so I used a tsp of bacon grease and a  tsp of butter.. if you don’t have bacon grease don’t fret.. just use the butter

stir it up and let the sausage get crisp on the edges

Make your favorite sauce

I used 1 can of my canned Roma Tomatoes, some basil, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic, onion, pinch crushed red pepper flakes, sugar, Parmesan and Romano Cheese cook till sauce reduces.. then use emulsion blender to blend it down smooth..

 

Now make your pizza
