Meatloaf Recipe submitted by Squeaky Raynea Syco

‎2 lb. Lean ground beef or turkey
1 jar of chunky spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Water
2 Eggs, beaten
½ cup of Italian bread crumbs or cheese its
1 cup of mozzarella (shredded) 

Make like you would any other meatloaf,substituting ½ to ¾ of jar of sauce for ketchup in the meat mixture and place only half in the pan. Use your hands to make an indention the length of the loaf,fill with cheese. Cover with other half of meat. Bake til brown ,pour remaining sauce on top with a little extra cheese for garnish,heat until cheese is melted. ((its been a tried a true recipe for this family with 4 very differing and picky kid sized eaters))
