Serena’s Fried green tomatoes

Slice VERY thin and roll in mixture of half flour and half yellow corn mill then shake off excess. Put into already hot skillet with veg oil. Salt and pepper well turn and brown get the outside sort of crispy with out burning them by adding a tad of butter just a bit before taking them out. Set them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain taste to make sure you put enough salt (these should be salty a bit) Eat while still warm.
