One large fully cooked ham put into heavy roasting pan

In a medium sauce pan you will add the following:

Dark brown sugar (2 cups)

White corn syrup (1/3 cup)

Dark Mountain Molasses (about 1/2 cup to a cup)

All natural Dijon Mustard a squirt (bout tbsp)

I had some smuckers pineapple topping I threw in  (1/4 cup)

————————————————————————————————-

take some white corn syrup and rub all over ham

then take 1 lg can crushed pineapple.. Drain juice. use juice to pour over top of ham.. then take pineapple and use 1/4 cup of it for your saucepan mixture up top… … the rest pile on top of the ham with your hands. Let cook a while. at 350 degrees…thirty minutes maybe,.. then take a couple hand full’s of brown sugar and pack down over top of ham… then sprinkle with white sugar…

put back into oven to cook… top will start to caramelize and smell great… at this point you will have had your mixture in the saucepan boiled and thickened up quite a bit on low heat…. Pour some of this mixture over your ham and put back into oven..make sure you save some of this mixture for later….

when ham is completely warmed through take out and slice..

then POUR remaining molasses mixture over top your ham and toss to coat all ham….

serve warm…. SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!

by the way this was the brand ham I used…
