ROCKY ROAD BROWNIE

6Tbsp butter
1 1-oz square unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tap salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup pecans ( I leave out because of the one daughter)
26 large marshmallows, halved

Melt butter and chocolate in sauce pan over low heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla, mix well. Beat in eggs. Stir flour, salt & baking powder together and add to chocolate mixture. (Add Nuts) Spread into a greased 11×7 1/2×1 1/2- inch pan. ( double the recipe and do it in a 9×13-inch cake pan)
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. when done, immediately arrange marshmallows over top. Return to oven for 2-3 minute. remove from oven and while hot drizzle chocolate glaze over the top. Cool and cut with a wet knife.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE

Melt one 1-oz square of unsweetened chocolate and 1 Tbsp of butter over low heat, stir constantly. Remove from heat , stir in 1 cup of sifted powdered sugar and 1/2 tap vanilla til crumbly. Blend in enough boiling water (About 2 Tbsp) till pouring consistency.
