Pumpkin Whoopie Pies.

2 cups white sugar,

1 cup lt. brown sugar,

1 cup crisco oil,

1/2 cup soft butter

,2 eggs,

3 cups canned pumpkin puree(not ready mix for pies)

.Beat this all together

.Addtogether in lg bowl

4 1/4 cups flour,

3tsp.bp

,3 tsp. soda,

1 tsp.salt,

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

,3 1/2 tsp cinn.,

1 cup walnuts.B

ake 375 till firm on top about 10 -12 min.

About 4 cups conf sugar,

4 oz. cream cheese,

1/4 stick butter.

2 tsp.van.
