Potato “Rolls”

1 cup potatoes

1 cup potato water

1 cup warm water

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup crisco

1 yeast in 1/2 cup warm water

1 egg  (white)

1 tablespoon salt

 

Mix sugar and crisco then liquids

let stand until bubbles

add flour,

(will keep in refrigerator for some time)
