Ok I am not a casserole kind of gal, but this recipe is outstanding, we went to friends house and i was nervous to try it, and it has been one of our family favorites for now 10 years.  

POPPYSEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 

2 LBS OF CHICKEN COOKED AND CUBED

1 CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

1 CUP OF SOUR CREAM (1 CONTAINER OF SOUR CREAM 8 OZ)

1 STICK BUTTER

2 PACKS OF RITZ CRACKERS

POPPY SEEDS 

PUT 2 LBS OF COOKED AND CUBED CHICKEN INTO A BUTTERED 8 X 8 DISH. MIX CHICKEN SOUP, SOURCREAM AND CHICKEN. MELT BUTTER AND ADD TO CRUSHED RITZ CRACKERS (SEPERATE DISH) AND STIR. PUT ON TOP AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 MINUTES. DOUBLE INGREDIENTS FOR 13 X 9 PAN. SPRINKLE GENEROUSLY WITH POPPY SEEDS BEFORE BAKING.
