Ok, please note that I usually must be reminded to post a recipe that I have made a comment on previously. 🙂  Pineapple Refrigerator Layer Cake
Cake:
Yellow cake mix,
3/4 Cup oil,
4 eggs,
1-11 oz. can of mandarin oranges.
Mix well with mixer. (This will break up the oranges into bits)
Bake 3 layers @ 350 until done.
Topping: 1 regular can, slightly drained, crushed pineapple,
1-3 oz. package Instant Vanilla Pudding,
1-container Cool Whip.
Mix pineapple & instant pudding 2 minutes with electric mixer.
Fold in Cool Whip and place between layers and on top.
Must keep refrigerated.
Best if made night before and allowed to sit in fridge overnight, just makes it more moist.
Doesn’t change flavor at all.
