12 red sweet peppers

12 green

1 hot pepper

9 onions

1 cup sugar

1 Tbsp salt

2 cup vinegar

1 Tbsp mixed pickleing spices ( bag)

Chop peppers and onions Cover with boiling water. let stand 5 min and drain. do it again…. ..let stand 10 minutes the next time..add other ingredients.. spices in BAG…Cook for 15  min jar and seal.
