Peanut Butter Cake
1stick butter
1c. water
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 c oil
stir with whisk then add
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
2 beaten eggs
1tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Stir with whisk, pour into pan. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes ( sometimes takes less-depends on oven)
Icing (after cake cools)
1 stick butter
1/3 c milk
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
Put first 3 ingredients in a pan on the stove , bring to a boil. Take off burner and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir with whisk and icing cake.
