Peanut Butter Cups. 

I just buy the refrigerated sugar cookie dough and roll the dough into approx 1 inch balls and put them into a mini muffin tin. Bake for approx 8-9 minutes. Ovens vary so watch and see how fast your oven bakes them. 

They will be rounded poofs when done. Immediately put a mini peanut butter cup in each poof and the crust will come up around the cup and make a crust. I use Sam’s brand peanut butter cups but you can use Reece’s or even hershey kisses. 

Let set to cool, but don’t let set until the crust is too hard or they will be hard to remove without crumbling.
