1 box yellow cake mix

1 large egg

½ stick butter (melted)

Filling:

1 8-ounce cream cheese (softened)

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 box (1-pound) confectioner sugar

½ cup butter melted

1 cup toffee bits

Spray baking pan with vegetable spray.

Mix cake mix, egg and butter, mix well. Pat evenly into bottom of prepared pan-set aside.

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, confectioner sugar and butter. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Fold in toffee bits with a spatula.

Pour filling over cake mixture and spread evenly. Bake 40-50 minutes. Center will be just a little bit gooey. Cool and cut n’ serve.

You will have extra toffee bits (heath bar crunch) just sprinkle the rest on top the cake before baking if desired.
