Makes 1 Pie 9” 

1 (12oz.) can frozen apple juice – thawed (no sugar)

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. corn starch

Several sliced apples

Pastry for a double crust 

Combine juice, cinnamon, cornstarch in pan.

Heat while stirring until thick.

Place apples in bottom of crust to fill.

Cover with top crimp edges, cut slits for steam escape.

Place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400° until done. Approx. 1 hour.
