Ingredients:

 

4 bananas

3 Tablespoons butter

1/4 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tablespoons rum (dark or light) or (1/2 teaspoon rum extract)

1/4 cup pecan halves

4 generous scoops vanilla ice cream 

Directions: 

Slice bananas into discs. Melt butter in skillet. Add br sugar and rum. Cook until bubbly. Add banana discs and cook till warm and slightly softened. Stir in pecan halves. Spoon warm sauce over scoops of vanilla ice cream. 

Serves 4.
