Graham Cracker Crust:

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cups graham crackers

1/3 stick margarine

1/4 Cup sugar 

Directions: 

Combine ingredients in bowl: when well mixed, line the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. 

Filling: 

Ingredients: 

8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)

15 ounce can evaporated milk

1/2 Cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla 

Directions: 

Beat ingredients in mixer, pour into shell: refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. 

Garnish top of pie with any fruit flavored pie filling, if desired
