here is another recipe that I made this morning from my new cookbook it was good too and its only 295 calories ..
its a breakfast burrito
you use 1/3 cup frozen potatoes o’brien 1 precooked
1 oz turkey or meatless sausage breakfast link chopped up
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 cup fat free liquid substitute
1 burrito size flour tortilla with about 110 calories
1 slice fat-free american cheese halved 1 tbsp ketchup(optional)
slt and pepper to taste
spray a large microwave safe mug lightly with non stick spray add potatoes sausage onion and 1tsp water and stir.
microwave for 1 minute once cool set aside on a plate.
respray mug lightly add egg substitute and microwave for 1 min.
stir gently then microwave again for 1 minute until egg is set warm tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds then place egg scramble in cente of tortilla salt and pepper to taste
then top with sausage and potato mixture followed by cheese and ketchup roll
tortilla tightly around the filling and enjoy!
It really was good I didnt put ketchup on it I dont like ketchup that great but it is a filling breakfast
