GM, I was going to do this cake this morning but didnt have the apples, so thought I would share and maybe someone else will make it.

APPLE CHIP CAKE (lessies cake)
1 CUP OIL

2 EGGS
2 CUPS SUGAR
½ CUP NUTS
2 ½ CUP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
3 CUPS CHOPPED APPLES
1 11 OZ. BAG BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS
DIRECTIONS:
1. CREAM OIL, EGGS, AND SUGAR
2. SIFT FLOUR, SODA, SALT, CINNAMON, AND BAKING SODA
3. ADD TO ABOVE MIXTURE ALONG WITH THE APPLES AND NUTS
4. GREASE AND FLOUR PAN. POUR IN 13 X 9 PAN, AND PUT BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS ON TOP OF BATTER.
5. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES 45-50 MINUTES UNTIL DONE
