Joyce’s Meatloaf Recipe

Mine is about 2 lbs. ground beef, 1 small can tomato sauce, 2 eggs, 2 packages Lipton Onion Soup Mix, and 1 C. bread crumbs.

Mix well and form into a loaf.

Spread a small amount of tomato sauce over the top, not too much, then layer bacon evenly over top.

Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes @ 400.

Uncover and bake for 15 min. more or until bacon is crispy.

The bacon is the key in my opinion to a juicy not dry meatloaf.

My husband swears by this recipe!
