Make your patties flat and put a jalapeno Pepper inside burger and sort of wrap around with meat till completely covered inside. Salt and pepper, with a touch of garlic powder. Place on grill until done.. serve as usual with tomato lettuce mayo ect and you can add more pepper on the outside but remember, you will get a surprise in the middle.
