I’TS NOT DIET, BUT IT COULD BE WORSE- CAKE
So this is made using a yellow cake mix..
instead of oil I used 1 cup of apple sauce and only one egg and o1 cup of water. Mix it up and put into a prepared pan and bake in preheated oven of 350 till done (oh about 22 minutes or so you can watch and see.. just don’t over bake)
Now INSTEAD of icing I am using instant pudding..
mix up one large sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix with two cups of milk or heavy cream to make it thicker
in separate bowl mix up TWO pkgs of instant vanilla pudding with a dash of vanilla extract, with 2 cups milk and 1 cup heavy cream to make thick
Spread the chocolate pudding over thin.. best as you can over top of cake…
cover with the thick vanilla pudding and put into fridge..
take out and cut when chilled.
