- HOMEMADE ICE CREAM
RECIPE FOR 4 QUART FREEZER
Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cups sugar {1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons vanilla {I only use Walkins vanilla}
1/2 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
Directions:
Mix all ingredients “WELL”. Put in ice cream freezer. There should be a fill line on the inside of your freezer. Fill up to that line with Regular milk. Put lid on freezer & freeze with ice, rock salt.
RECIPE FOR 6 QUART FREEZER
Ingredients:
9 eggs
3 cups sugar (1 1/2 cups white sugar and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar)
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons vanilla
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 1/2 cans Carnation milk (fill to line in freezer with regular milk)
