Homemade cheddar biscuits

Pretty easy
preheat oven to 425
Lightly spray cookie sheet with bakers joy

I used my seasoned leftover flour mixture from frying my chicken about 1/2 to 2 cups of it (self rising flour, good bit of paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, 2 tbsp corn starch, a little soul seasoning or you can use old bay- mix with fork)

Add shredded cheddar cheese I don’t measure it .. a little over a cup

Add a cup of cold water

Mix with fork lightly into a loose ball.. if too runny add a few more tbsp of flour

Make into little balls and drop onto cookie sheet.
Can make large or small!

Bake 15 minutes or so

Take out and brush with melted butter that has garlic powder, parsley flakes, soul seasoning or old bay added to the melted butter .. brush on hot biscuits
Let them set a minute so the cheese can settle

Enjoy
