CORNBREAD ***** love this recipe

1 1/4 cups Self Rising Flour

(note if using reg flour just add 1/2 tsp Salt & 2 tsp. b soda)

3/4 cup Cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Veg Oil
1 Egg

makes one small pan.

(NOTE: I like to make two small pans of this and I drain one can of yellow corn and put half of the corn in each batter. Or use creamed corn for a more moist spoon bread effect.. . its great)

Combine together and put into a buttered or sprayed pan bake 20-25 min at 400. Touch middle to make sure it’s done ..
also you can broil top to get a little more brown on top
