RECIPE SUBMITTED BY Kathy Bacon

Ginger Glazed Pork Chops

4 Pork Chops
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Season Pork Chops with salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Grill, bake or pan sear the chops.
In a small saucepan, add chicken broth, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard & ginger. Over medium heat, stir mixture often until a glaze forms (about 4 minutes) Remove from heat and let stand until chops are done. Apply glaze to chops and serve. I serve this with Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice. Also, I always double the glaze recipe. It is so good.
